Riding Lessons
Lessons are given 6 days a week both for children and adults, either individually or in small groups in flat work, show jumping, and cross-country. We can take the lesson in Welsh if you would prefer – please state this when making your booking.
We do Lead rein walks for children aged 4 years up – a parent or guardian must accompany small children4
Private lessons
We offer private lesson in flat work and jumping whether that be show-jumping or out on our cross country course.
The durations of lessons can either be 30 or 45 minutes depending on what you are looking for. Prices can vary between instructors, if you are wanting a specific instructor then please state this when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Group Lessons
At Rheidol we have weekly adult group lessons. Group lessons are for an hour and you must be able to walk, trot and canter competently. This is a great way to develop your riding skills and to learn new ones too. Regular groups are on a Friday morning and Saturday afternoon with additional Wednesday evenings during term times.
If you are not sure you are ready for a group, come for an assessment lesson and we will be able to advise you of a group to join.
